The survey results found that Skype (77%), Facebook (51%), and LinkedIn (32%) were the most used communication platforms. Most respondents reported an average experience using the current platform, with 15% never having used it and several comments being negative regarding usability, structure, and design. Ideas to improve included making emails more user-friendly in terms of readability and design, easy navigation, regional real-time online discussions for short periods, in-person discussions, reminders of ongoing discussions, and a short- and long-term calendar of discussions.
