Cadbury, Love Cocoa aim to make British chocolate great
again, reinventing chocolate classics with a contemporary
touch being free-from nasties.
Love Cocoa bars are handcrafted in the UK using sustainable,
organic, fairly-traded chocolate from Dominican Republic &
Ecuador. The exception is our 100% bars.

organic certifications. We work with Summerdown Farm, Black Bee Honey and Pact Coffee who are
champion British producers. All bars are certified by the Organic Food Federation.

2. ORDERING INFORMATION
DISTRIBUTORS
The easiest way to place
an order is via our
distributors Diverse Fine
Food, CLF, Wholegoods
or Great Taste
Distribution.
MINIMUM ORDER
We can also deal directly with orders over £150 (excluding VAT) by
emailing hello@lovecocoa.com with a completed order form (if you
do not have a copy of our order form please request one before
placing your order). (e.g. 6 cases would qualify for free shipping)
Delivery is free within the U.K.
For the first order, we can reduce the £150 minimum but would
require the delivery cost to be paid. This is usually around £9-10
SHELF-LIFE
We guarantee a minimum of 9 months shelf-life on bars and 4 months
for truffles, however they normally come with more. Please store your
goods in a cool dry place, away from any direct sunlight.
PAYMENT
We require payment in full before shipping your 1st order. We will
send an invoice via email through Xero which has the payment details
on.
TURNAROUND
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect
condition. If however, there are any issues at all with your order,
please inform us by emailing hello@lovecocoa.com, including photos,
within 48 hours of delivery.
