•	 Emit too much intense sounds or feedbacks,
which may cause unconfortable feelings,
or too little intense ones which may not be
perceived.
•	 The user must interact with the device
touchscreen during training, or with the
smarphone before / after
•	Capture all sorts of biometrics and
movements datas, from heart-rate to
step counters.
•	The smartphone application converts
all the datas to graphical interesting
outputs
•	 No touchscreen or smartphone
interaction during training
•	 No waste of time to start and stop the
workout program during training
•	 Bright and vibration feedbacks
immediately perceived by the user
during the workout, to scan time intervals
and focus on exercises
•	 No bothering for people around the user

HIIT Me
STRENGT POINTS
•	 We designed the HIIT Me band to optimize the fitness exercises that the user
can do and freely choose, accordingly to his/her needs.		
•	 No screen because the most important thing is that the user does not interact
with an electronical device or smartphone during training, focusing just on
the execution of the exercises.
•	 Vibration as feedback because the user has to feel interval time on their
own skin, without bothering other people.
HIIT Me
FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
•	 both preset work/rest periods coincide with the most used intervals for the
execution of this sport practice to get results; they can be utilized to make
any kind of exercize more efficent; thinking to more feedbacks and more
interaction modes, the device could me more and more efficent.
•	 if the device could be exploited in a modular way, from the material and the
programming side, it could give more sparks as a SmartBand project.

HIIT Me STRENGT POINTS • We designed the HIIT Me band to optimize the fitness exercises that the user can do and freely choose, accordingly to his/her needs. • No screen because the most important thing is that the user does not interact with an electronical device or smartphone during training, focusing just on the execution of the exercises. • Vibration as feedback because the user has to feel interval time on their own skin, without bothering other people.

HIIT Me FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS • both preset work/rest periods coincide with the most used intervals for the execution of this sport practice to get results; they can be utilized to make any kind of exercize more efficent; thinking to more feedbacks and more interaction modes, the device could me more and more efficent. • if the device could be exploited in a modular way, from the material and the programming side, it could give more sparks as a SmartBand project.
