The child trafficking:
• by parents
• by criminals
BY PARENTS:
FOR ECONOMIC REASONS ( THEY SELL THEM) OR SENTIMENTAL (INFERTILE COUPLES)
ARE DEPRIVED OF THEIR LIBERTY AND THEY WERE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT SITE
WITHIN THEIR HOME.
BY CRIMINALS:
INFANTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS ARE FREQUENT VICTIMS OF PLAGIARISM FOR
MANY PURPOSES. FOR INFANTS TAKE THEM OUT OF THE CLINIC OR HOSPITAL AND THEIR
MOTHERS NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN. IT IS ALSO THE CASE THAT THE MOTHER GOES OUT
WITH THE BABY, THE KIDNAPPERS INTERCEPTED , AND TAKE AWAY THE BABY FROM
HER ARMS
REASONS:
SOME CRIMINALS KIDNAP CHILDREN FOR MONEY THAT THEY RECEIVE FROM OTHERS.
BY THE TRADE IN ORGANS
MAKE MONEY BY RETURNING THEM
AND OTHER THINGS

HOW IS THE ABDUCT?

Example:
In large cities. In an oversight, they kidnap the baby and carry him to a place out
of sight of their parents, in a car without anyone noticing. When they observed
that the mother begins to find his son and realize it's gone, someone approaches
you and offers you change your child's money. They usually ask for quantities that
can be achieved in a faster way. Accompanying the mother or father to the cashier,
and returns the child.
In another country:
in theater there are people who emerge with children and the children have a
strange attitude because they are not with their parents and only some people
realize and stop this person
everywhere the children can be hijacked:
leaving his house
leaving the school
buying
and other cases. Retorno

In la paz
During the second half of 2011, management reported 194 cases of trafficking, kidnapping, incitement to
escape, kidnapping, labor exploitation, lost and missing children in the city of Cochabamba.
The data were confirmed by the Ombudsman Coordination Unit, under the Social Departmental Management
(SEDEGES) of the Governor of Cochabamba, where the authorities are alarmed by the proliferation of
    cases in the present management.
SEDEGES director Hernan Rico, according to the report, said the Commune Alejo Calatayud is that had the
highest number of cases with two kidnappings, 15 inductions on the run, two kidnappings, four labor
exploitation, 15 missing were later found and not found 14 missing, totaling 52 cases. While the
Commune Molle only one case of a missing child and not found.
"It is urgent that the public aware of the importance of care and protection to be given to children, as these
figures for the current management are increasing, and that should attract attention. Problems of family
fragmentation, migration parents to other countries, parental neglect and lack of communication, among
others, are the most common factors for cases of kidnapping, labor exploitation and other occur in the
       municipality of Cercado, "he added.
MORE CASES: According to Rico, is very positive for citizenship during the second half of 2011, has not
reported any case of trafficking of children and adolescents in Cercado, whereas there were five
reported cases of trafficking, three Adela Zamudio in the Commune and two in the Commune Itocta.
The Ombudsmen Coordination SEDEGES of Cochabamba, is currently tabulating the data for the first half of
2012, regarding the cases mentioned, through the Information System Defender.

                                                                                      Retorno
COMENTARY
about kidnapping it is horrible because they cause a lot of pain to families who
learn that their children have been kidnapped and familiriares. besides that
some people have no money to pay the ransom and are left with nothing
people should be more careful with their children and family, be with them always,
to help them all, have good communication with their children to learn all of
   them and be watching them.
kidnappings occur in all places and that is very dangerous so it is better to live in
a safe house or a neighborhood

                                   be careful !!!!!

                                                                 Retorno
