Prats de Lluçanès is a village in Osona, Catalonia with a population of 2,700 inhabitants. It holds several winter festivals in January, including a speech by a famous person, traditional dancing called La Trencadansa, and dancing by the village giants Vicenç and Agata. In the summer, the village celebrates its town festival on June 24th and 25th with dancing to a xaranga orchestra through the streets and a contrapàs dance in the central square.
