This document outlines a plan to train 20 new evangelists over the next 12 months with a three phase training program involving practical training, classroom instruction, and apprenticeship. next 12 months! How will we do this?
Phase 1: practical training in a tent event.
Phase 2: daily classroom training.
Phase 3: apprenticeship in a senior
evangelist’s tent.

events! The time is short! Our factory is able to
