 Conducting the meeting in the right place
Holding a meeting in a closed room or in a conference hall is a better
option that conducting it in a coffee shop or other crowded places.
Conducting a meeting in a quiet place helps in capturing all the words
spoken by the speakers whereas a recording in a crowded place may
capture other disturbing external noises as well.
