What is the documentary about?
My documentary is based on knife crime. I chose this particular topic as I have seen a lot of
information in the news about knife crime and seen a few documentaries myself on the
topic.

On this page you can see that Ben Kinsella was a knife crime victim that didn’t survive. Ben
got stabbed because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is important to show
that knife crime doesn’t have to have a reason, some people just do it. I used this story as the
after math of his death made breaking news and is still around now.

As you can see here I have made a question which I asked a range of people, who did they
think knife crime most effects?
The majority of people said age 13 – 25, which is teenagers and young adults. This is my
main target audience as I think they should be the ones to watch and realise how they are
viewed by the public.
