2. Down in the Dumps
• After being demoted at work because of a
management restructure, I found myself
struggling to survive.
• I searched and searched for a new job, but
couldn’t get an interview for any job that
was worthy of my time.

• Again, I was a little skeptical on the day of the
seminar. I had never been to one of these
speaking engagements before so I didn’t know
what to expect.
• I was worried I had wasted the little money I had
left on this talk with Escobar.
• I signed in, talked with a few people, and was
relieved to hear that some had been to Escobar’s
conferences once or twice before.

• Escobar began speaking, and I was immediately
captivated.
• I realized I wasn’t the only one that was having
money concerns and personal struggles.
• Escobar enlightened us on his path to financial
freedom. Investing in real estate himself, he was
able to build his own career, in which he credits
greatly to his mentors and coaches along the
way.
