Lots of companies will have a mature organizational structure so that management work will be more effective and less costly. There will be more and more big international companies across the whole world. New forms of technologies will be developed to help the communication and management issues we now face.
10. Hopefully, 2040 will make work easier for both managers and employees. 2040 will utilize new technologies to help the work force be more productive and efficient.
