1. MAD is looking to recruit one or two architectural interns with a particular talent
and interest for visualisation at its studio in Bergen.

MAD works with a full range of architectural scales and fields, spanning from interior design to
urban development, from feasibility studies to detailing and realization.
Our portfolio includes residential, cultural and office buildings, as well as urban planning, and we
remain curious and eager to expand in new directions.
This is an opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to work with an outstanding, multi-
national, architectural team on an exciting portfolio of projects.
The visualisation department is looking for various talented architects or architectural students
for their expanding team. The roles include working with the architects and designers to create
exciting and emotive images with an emphasis on artistic style and rapid turnaround, while
maintaining a high standard of quality.
Candidates should have experience in either of these disciplines; modelling, rendering and
compositing.
The candidates should have a comprehensive knowledge of 3D software and experience using
rendering engines. An ability to demonstrate strong visual skills with attention to detail,
composition, light, colour and form.
In depth knowledge of at least one or more of the following software required:
• 3DS Max/Sketchup/Archicad
• Vray/Mental Ray/Maxwell Render/Vue
• Photoshop

The position will be paid according to MAD’s salary system for internships.
The candidates need to commit to at least 1 year at our studio – any candidates with shorter
horizon will not be considered for these positions.
