*Layout Designer*
Minimum HNC qualified, should have experience in a large scale of residential projects for housing
developers. Must have an understanding of Urban design & Commercial factors. Job description to involve;
Analysing new development sites, Preparing feasibility layouts and master-plans, understanding and preparing
accommodation schedules, communicating with clients at all levels. Successful candidates should be self
motivated, keen to progress in their career, must be a team player and have the following skills; Hand drawing
experience, AutoCAD, Photoshop experience. Salary to be agreed based on experience and expertise. Healthy

*Architectural technician / technologist*
Minimum HNC qualified, should have experience in residential and commercial construction drawings. An
understanding of NHBC guidance and building regulations as well as traditional construction methods. Job
description to involve; Building designs at planning and construction stage, preparing details and schedules,
completing full packages of working drawings autonomously and as part of the team, preparation of planning
application packages with possible input in to design and access statements at various levels, communicating with
clients at all levels. Successful candidates should be self motivated, keen to progress in their career, must be a team
player and have the following skills; AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Packages. Salary to be based on experience and
