Intermurals are usually the best way to start! Join a team depending on your Skill level and soon enough, you’ll be playing like a pro! Practice, practice, practice! Nothing will help you get better than the 3P’s! Also, always remember to warm up and cool down after a game in order to Prevent cramps and other injuries
