2. Human Capital is the US Individual Taxation stream with primary focus
on tax returns of Expatriates (US Citizens on assignments overseas)
and inpatriates (Foreign citizens on assignment in the US).
Responsibilities:
A Tax compliance analyst:
Is expected to analyze data provided by client to determine the type
of return to be prepared.
Once the determination is done, the analyst would prepare the return
using firm approved software/application.
Conduct a self review work before making the product ready for
senior level review.
Adequate training will be provided to acquaint the analyst with
necessary skills to start working on US tax returns. Analysts will
continue to learn on-the-job thereby sharpening their tax knowledge.
Salary Details:
Cost to Company (including variable pay of 5%): 2.78 Lakhs per annum
+ Insurance coverage and gratuity
