property is vacant.

making a regular revenue
which can be handful for
the landlord to decrease
the maintenance cost.

• It’s difficult to handle the
tenants because you don’t
know what type of people
you encounter day to day.

If you want to earn rental
incomes and don’t want to
get in any hassles or
headaches , you can simply
go a real estate investment
group.
Pros:
This is a easier and more
handful process of
investing in real estate
without getting into any
hassles that still provides
income and appreciation.
Cons:
It’s really difficult of any
normal person to trust on
any real estate agency and
you don’t know whether they
are giving you the same
amount , that they are
getting from the property.
3.Real estate trading aka Flipping for
investment:
This process is for those
people who are in this field
for a long period of time and
have a proper knowledge
about the working and
condition of the real estate
market.
Pros:
The amount of money that
you can earn from this
source of investment can not
be compared.
Cons:
Only the people who have a
good amount of knowledge
and experience in the real
estate market can work in
this other people will require
a lot of luck to earn profits.
