The gospel of christ is the power of god unto salvation
1. The Gospel of Christ is the Power of
God unto Salvation
Romans 1
2. Romans 1:3-4; Luke 1:31-32; 3:23-31
Jesus is both the son of David and the son of
God because being born of the line of David He
is the son of David and being rissen from the
dead and conceived of the Spirit makes Him the
son of God.
Because the Lord is both the heir of David and
the heir of God he can rule a king on earth and in
heaven thus making Him ruler over heaven and
earth.
3. Why was it essential for the Savior
of the world to be both mortal and
immortal?
Based on John 10:17-18 it was important for the
Savior to be of the world both mortal and
immortal because He was given power over
death from the Father but it was necessary for
Him to come to earth and die for us in order to
fulfill the Father’s plan.
4. Romans 1:15-20
Paul felt that the gospel was “the power of God
unto Salvation and he loved the Gospel and
wanted everyone to hear it.
Some ways I can show that I am not ashamed of
the gospel of Jesus Christ is by sharing His
gospel with everyone I meet and by living the
gospel to the fullest.
