    3. 3. Preaching the Gospel Read Acts 4:4-8Preaching the Word = Preaching Christ Act 8:4-5 NKJV Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. (5) Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them.

Preaching the GospelPreaching Christ = Preaching the Kingdom Act 8:12 NKJV But when they believed Philip as he preached the things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were baptized.Preached – euaggelizō -- proclaim gladtidings or preach the Gospel. Preaching the GospelThe Gospel is something to be OBEYED!!! 2Th 1:7-9 NKJV and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, (8) in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. (9) These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

True Repentance Brings the Power of ForgivenessEph 1:7 NKJV In Him we have redemptionthrough His blood, the forgiveness of sins,according to the riches of His grace1Jn 1:7-9 NKJV But if we walk in thelight as He is in the light, we havefellowship with one another, and the bloodof Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from allsin. (8) If we say that we have no sin, wedeceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.(9) If we confess our sins, He is faithfuland just to forgive us our sins and tocleanse us from all unrighteousness.
