5. My opinion
I think that Google was not really infringing on
fields website because why would field post his
poetry on the internet if he did not want it more
accessible. Not to mention that he could have
removed his website from Googles cache . In my
opinion he was just going after them because it
was a somewhat defendable way to get money.
