3. The program, Celebrate Recovery, was founded by
the well-known and respected Saddleback Church in
Orange County; it has been a successful program used
in Christian recovery groups for more than 20 years.
Serving men throughout Los Angeles, Homes of
Promise manages sober living homes that offer men a
safe, comfortable place to live.

4. At Izzy’s Place and all of our recovery homes, we provide a set of
rules and expectations designed to foster responsibility and
accountability in all of our guests. Our recovery homes, which are
similar to Christian rehab centers, have house rules that require
every resident to:
• Commit to a one year stay
• Have a legal source of income, be working or looking for work
• Do chores and take care of the house
• Submit to random drug and alcohol testing
• Have a sober friend(s) and a sponsor
Our Christian Recovery Structure

5. This structure is what helps to make our drug rehab treatment
program successful. Of course, we want our guests to feel
comfortable as well; we provide all the amenities of
home, including beautiful outdoor grounds, wi-fi access, a house
computer, Fios TV, and a large kitchen so guests can truly enjoy
each other’s company while preparing their meals.
