Play as man or beast in Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of
the Movie. You can be King Kong or Jack Driscoll as you follow a story
based on the movie. Peter Jackson, the director of the 2005 movie, also
took an active role in developing the game, which expands upon the
movie's story line, adding new creatures and locations. The game employs
a cinematic style that makes the game more immerse and less like a
traditional video game.Based on the events of the motion picture, King
Kong: The Official Game of the Movie allows the player to play as man and
also have the chance to play as Kong. When the crew arrive at Skull Island,
they are faced with many thrills and challenges throughout
Within this game you travel Skull Island to save Ann from the island tribe
who sacrificed her to king Kong the giant ape like creature. Throughout the
game you play as jack battling through all the mysteries of skull island from
dinosaurs to giant centipedes .traveling alongside jack is Carl a movie
producer planning to make it big, he is the one who planned the trip to
capture footage of the mysterious island
to make it to Broadway but his dream has taken over him.
When starting the game it shows footage of the film and then the ship is
anchored then you enter the game lowering the rowing boat down to sail to
the island but the weather is rough the boat crashes into the water you
(Jack) are knocked unconscious when you wake you are engaged with a
giant crab to start things off after you kill it you move on through out the
game.
One of the most challenging missions for me was cal ''Don't Move'' in this
mission you have to distract the giant dinosaur so it does not attack your
partners whilst they are opening a gate.I found this difficult because
the dinosaur was to fast and i could not get it away from my partners .
Further on into the game you get to play as King Kong and fight the
dinosaurs to save Ann twice. firstly she is took by the flying dinosaurs and
Kong has to chase them to the nest and save her whilst you are killing giant
flying dinosaurs.
2. You get to play as King Kong again saving here from Tranasauras rexes this time
being able to fight more than one this is a challenge.I enjoyed this mission because
playing as Kong is very fun.
