4. Qualifications and Work Responsibilities
Planing,cost control and Quality control engineer
Organize and manage all civil works and engineering activities under minimal
supervision, willing to be assigning in different site,
quantity surveying,
Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and
quality procedures, to maintain productivity targets, in accordance with work
schedule,
based full time at site,
fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and BOQ,
ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan,
report to the construction manager any technical problem in the project,
request materials, tools and equipment needed from construction manager,
control the use of material and avoid damages and waste,
get the approval from consultant as per contract documents,
ensure that all items payable to sub-contractors are already measured &
approved by the consultant,
monitoring the actual cost to be sure that the project is on budget
monitoring time to be sure that the project is on schedule
