 Planing,cost control and Quality control engineer
 Organize and manage all civil works and engineering activities under minimal
supervision, willing to be assigning in different site,
 quantity surveying,
 Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and
quality procedures, to maintain productivity targets, in accordance with work
schedule,
 based full time at site,
 fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and BOQ,
 ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per
shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan,
 report to the construction manager any technical problem in the project,
 request materials, tools and equipment needed from construction manager,
 control the use of material and avoid damages and waste,
 get the approval from consultant as per contract documents,
 ensure that all items payable to sub-contractors are already measured &
approved by the consultant,
 monitoring the actual cost to be sure that the project is on budget
 monitoring time to be sure that the project is on schedule
