1. Silver Kitchen Options
Gorenje Marles 2700cm length kitchen with built-in Gorenje electric oven in white or onyx and
ceramic hob and sink/drainer. Options include built-in under counter fridge/freezer or onyx tall free
standing fridge/freezer. Overhead units include white Gorenje extractor fan (not that shown in
photo). Glass door front is available for upper units. Gorenje white dishwasher, free standing or in
a unit. microwave. Gorenje washing machine for shower room.
The following work surface and unit combinations are available:
Beech work top – beech and Vita (lightly speckled units). Beech and vanilla units. Just vanilla or
just white units.
D24 worktop – beech and Vita units (as seen in photo below)
D22 and D107 work tops - beech units
D150 and D124 work tops - white and beech units

6. Fees
• Fees are determined by required services (supply of kitchen,
furniture, inventory) - see separate document for details
• Fees include the following services:
– Kitchen design. This is based upon client providing accurate
drawings including location of pipes and electrical sockets. If a site
visit is required to take measurements an additional fee will be
applied (charged at €15 per hour)
– Ordering
– Delivery if supplied by stores
– Installation
– Testing of appliances
– Returns of faulty/wrong deliveries
– Forwarding of original invoices to client
– Leaving of manufacturers instructions and warranties at property
• Fees do not include the following services:
– Any plumbing or electrical work necessary to support installation of
kitchen or extra delivery
– Payment terms:
– Client to make payment in advance for all furniture items and fees.
This can be by transfer of funds to Croatian Property Management
for making the purchases or to an intermediary for payment in cash
to CPM
– The client is to bear the cost of any international funds transfer
– CPM will email or fax the invoice for services and forward store
invoices after purchase
• Croatian Property Management reserve the right to adjust prices
on a client’s invoice according to FX rate fluctuations without
changing the published rates in this catalogue. Prices in this
brochure are based upon the rate EUR:HRK 1:7.5
• Croatian Property Management reserve the right to adjust prices
on a client’s invoice according to changes in the store's prices
• Installations during the season may take longer than normal and
terefore finishing dates are difficult to estimate
• All orders take approximately 12 weeks, payment prior to order
placement and contract signed prior to order processsing
