    primarily on the Latin
alphabet. It was devised by
 the International Phonetic
       Association as a
standardized representation
  of the sounds of spoken
Communication is the common
factor    why      Filipinos  are
bankable in call centers. IPA is
used to standardized the
accents           of         many
people, especially to those who
are dealing with Americans.
