We are always working to innovate and improve our products and customer services. Customer advisories offer a great opportunity to solicit in-depth feedback from customers. Broadcasting these advisories live over the Internet allowed our world-wide customer base to participate. In turn, greater transparency and participation led to much deeper customer engagement. In 2012 we live webcast 10 customer advisories allowing an additional 1086 customers to attend. The webcasts also produced over 34 hours of on-demand videos which have been used employee training purposes.
