A critique of my secound book "Backwards" A Nightmare In Dating

1. The current title of work: Backwards
The current synopsis of work: Your in love, great! Is that enough? What do you do when
that love drives you to insanity? Are you better with that love? Or without it? How do the
people around you support you? When one is told they are crazy, one starts to believe it.
What if there are crazy ones. So many questions are asked. Questions that will never be
answered. Katie makes many mistakes, and tries to make up for the wrongs she has
cause for the love of her life Dante. When Dante cheats, and family members stand in her
way she makes desperate attempts to prove her love even after they have broken up. But
the more Katie tries the worse things get. In the mist of it all she struggles with what is
real and what is fiction. The book is entertaining to the readers, the author adds comedy
into the aspect of a serious sediutaion. It touches on family problems, mental problems,
and the unexplained with a twisted ending, that could make for a possible squal because it
is a vision of things to comes. Because of the drama created by each character it keeps the
reader wanting know know what will happen next.

Main Character: Katie Johnson, based on the author, a struggling writer and author,
thrity- beautiful great personality. Everyone loves her exspept the man that she wants to
be with.
Dante: most Twenty Eight, not the most attractive, He acts as if he is a paridoid
sciophrinic, is funny but annoys everyone, and has a wondering eye. Yet, Katie loves
him.
Lilith: A large black woman, is the villain that comes between Dante and Katie.
Supporting characters: Carly- Katie’s triplet sister- Bella- Katie’s other triplet sisters the
nosey sisters that come between the couple.
Chase-Bella’s husband
Gwen- Katie’s little sister a care free drunk
Dad -not the perfect father but does have a heart-
Katie’s Mom- the person who helps her through her hard times
Selma- Katie’s Mothers black Partnere in her Fourties and acts like more of a man then
Dante dose.
Cleo- Dante’s Mother- A vengval person and no ones good eoungh for her son
Dante’s sister Pixy, a childish woman who can’t take care of her kids and threatens Katie
Sybil, The family’ favorite, who is very selfish and pushes Dante and Katie apart
Dante’s sister- Hanna a fun, understanding girl who used to be Katie’s friend

John Nolen- (Dead) The spirit that comes back and tries to end the world.
