Eye response
In response to the eye video, I felt that the teacher was reenacting racism that still
happens today, but was seen more in the earlier days. I believe she taught the students a
valuable lesson on what it was like to be mistreated because of something that’s constant
and is a particle of an individual. The teacher’s demonstration divided the brown eyed
students from the blue. The students with the blue eyes were disrespected compared to
the people with brown. The teacher acted as if she despised the student with blue eyes
and tormented them.
