This document presents data on how different concentrations of salt affected the mass of potatoes. Potatoes were placed in solutions with 0, 4, 8, 12, and 16 grams of salt and their initial and final masses measured. The results showed that as the concentration of salt increased, the potatoes lost more mass, with the highest salt concentration of 16 grams resulting in over a 17% decrease in mass.
