2. 30 Seconds Tutorials
HipChat has a lot of features and integrations.
Besides of that, the platform also has extensive
documentation and help center.
Watching a 5 minutes video or reading a long article
are not the first choice for many people.
My idea is that we can prepare 30 seconds tips and
tricks videos to show people HipChat’s “hidden” and
powerful features to increase their productivity.
Creating shorts articles which include gifs also can be
another effective way.

3. Content Is The King (Yes, still)
HipChat’s official blog has a lot of great content for
users.
But, “official” blog sounds like so “corporate” for a lot
of people. HipChat has a great user base. So?
My idea is that HipChat can reach its important
customers to create “joyful” also ‘’informative’’
content. It can be great to get people’s attention and
increase brand awareness.

4. Stickers
Every day, trillions of stickers and emojis are being
sent from all over the world. It is precisely a new
era for messaging.
Stickers do exist in sets, as in the workplace sets
launched by Tencent left to be used in office
messaging conversations.
If HipChat creates workplace and office stickers
for daily conversations, the messaging volume can
increase significantly. HipChat also can provide API
for users to able to them uploading and creating
their stickers sets.
Stickers are already the natural part of daily
conversations for countries especially China,
Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia.

5. Chatbots
Atlassian has a bunch of products which can
integrate and work each other.
Chatbots are the new trend for messaging
platforms. If HipChat develops chatbots for
especially Atlassian’s products, users’ productivity
and efficiency can increase.
HipChat has already different kinds of chatbots
which developed by other developers and
companies. HipChat can encourage developers to
create chatbots. It would be helpful and efficient
for especially business.

6. LOCAL COMMUNITY
Hundreds of different languages are speaking and
writing on HipChat. It is like a mirror of the world.
Besides of that, Atlassian’s employees are from all
over the world too.
I’m originally from Istanbul, Turkey. I know that there
is a lot of companies use Atlassian’s solution in
Turkey.
I would like to escalate the voice and needs of the
Turkish community. I can provide feedbacks to
Atlassian’s product, developer, design, and
community teams. I also would like to write local
content on HipChat’s blog.
