Subject: Revised rates and service conditions for Security
arrangements from 1st April, 2017.
Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that the rates for Security arrangements at your premises is
been revised from April 1, 2017.
As you must be aware the current rates have been into existence from very long time, and the
same is now not feasible for us to continue due to higher overhead cost, improved services
and competition.
During our meeting on 2nd Mar, 2017 held at your office, it was decided we will improve on
our following services in lieu of increased rates.
1. The security guards will always be in their security uniform
2. During the day shift, the guards will control all the security arrangements from the
main gate.
3. During night shifts, the guards will close all the back door gates and second front door
gate for security reasons and it will be only opened on demand whenever required by
the society members. Gates shall be only operated by our security guards and no one
from the society.
4. In case of new guidelines (if any) to be followed, it will always be communicated by
the Secretary in written on the roaster (notebook) provided to the guard. It will also
help us to monitor the activity and protocol followed by our security personnel.

2. The security of the building premises is solely not just security services responsibility. It can
be only achieved by society member’s co-operations and assistance. During the meeting
certain other issues were also discussed like
1. The garbage lying in the common passage will be cleared by the society members as
it could cause serious hazards in case of fire. Also in future, society members will
ensure that they will keep their common passage and building premises clean and free
of any garbage and debris to avoid any unfortunate events
5. Completely checked and operational Fire fighting equipments will be provided to us
on every entry points of the society
6. It has been observed that certain workers who work in the premises in the day time
tend to stay back in the night to sleep. Such workers should be restricted or intimated
to the security guard for security reason
7. Also please mandate compulsory identity card to all the workers working in the
premises for the society’s own benefit
Requesting you to increase the wages w.e.f Apil 1, 2017 as under
1 Security Guard @ Rs 7000 per month (Seven thousand per month for each guard)
Total amount for 3 guards per month will be Rs. 21000. ( Rupees twenty one thousand only)
