"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Ezekiel 36:26
OUTLINE:
1. A heart of stone is dead; it's useless.
2. "I will" Only God can perform the heart transplant, and He's willing!
3. "a new heart" God is not interested in self-improvement of the old one - this is why religion fails. The operation will involve you trusting the Surgeon and 'going under.'
4. The old heart has to go.
5. A perfect heart has been found! - Jesus Christ is the donor.
