2. There are several different ways to organize your wedding!
The Internet
Books on Weddings
Notebooks to jot down ideas
Or just hire an organizer, if you can afford this step, then do this!
3. Choosing a clean barn set out in fields or an old
church over looking the countryside adds to the
romance of a country wedding!
4. Keep it simple!! That is the basics to a
country theme. Use your imagination.
Look for different things around the
farm to use. An old tractor makes a
great photo opportunity for guest to
enjoy. Square hay bales used for
seating or the hay spread on the aisle
adds a really unique country touch to
your wedding. But most of all get
creative!
8. Personalized to the Bride and Groom
Most country weddings are small with very few attendants if any at all.
The bride and groom may choose to write their own vows, if not they will need to
decide with the preacher or justice of the peace what is to be said between the couple.
The unity ceremony can be very unique and should be. Several couples are choosing
the sand unity vase, while some are still using the old fashioned candles.
As the couple enter and exit the ceremony the music played should be special to the
couple and be personalized to them.
To add an extra touch, if the couple knows someone with a decent voice, you can
have special songs sung.
9. Just a few ideas of decorating your wedding
without breaking the bank. DIY and Pinterest.com
are very useful and helpful sites.
10. Once the ceremony is
over, it’s time for the
reception.
Eat, Drink, and Be
Married!!
11. Have fun and enjoy yourself!! Relax on the beach or go to a real
working ranch for a very unique experience!!

This power point presentation will hopefully give you insight on how to organize, design, and decorate the perfect country wedding.
Organizing a wedding can be a major headache. There are many different tools at your disposal. Using the internet is very helpful in finding checklist, decorating ideas, and even budgeting for your wedding. Book stores all so have many different books that can help too. But if you are lucky and can afford a professional organizer then do so.
Always pick a location that coordinates with your theme. I have chosen a country theme; so a barn, cleared field, or little quaint country church would be perfect for the big day.
In the country everything is simple! Your wedding should be too. Using things around the farm to set the theme is always a good choice. Old wagon wheels, tractors, hay bales, burlap, and the list could go on forever. Just be creative and use your imagination and remember to personalize your wedding.
Boots are a must for a country wedding. Most brides may still choose the big fluffy dress but you can bet that she has on her boots. Most men are comfy in nice jeans, white shirts, and yes boots on their feet. Big belt buckles are also seen in some grooms attire. But once again keeping it simple and clean looking is also best.
Rings are just as important to a country girl as a city girl. Although the diamonds might not be huge you can bet that a lot of thought was put into picking out that perfect set of rings. Most couples now days will have matching bands with many unique varieties to choose from.
A brides bouquet can be anything she chooses to pack down the aisle. The above pictures are some very real and unique options. From buttons, to paper, to jewels and flowers the possibilities are endless.
All couples need to remember that it is their day. The ceremony should be personalized to the couples wants. From the invitations to the ring exchange, the ceremony should tell the couples Love Story. Making sure the music is special to the couple will also help tell their story.
Decorating for a country wedding can be very fun! Using wild flowers from the fields, burlap string for ties, to mason jar lights are very simple inexpensive ideas. There are numerous DIY websites that have thousands of ideas for weddings.
The reception of the wedding is actually just a big old party. The couple gets presented to all the guests, then the cake gets presented and cut. Most couples are doing sit down meals which consist of foods that of course match the theme of their wedding. Above are some ideas of seating arrangements, cake options, and fun favors for your guest. Eat. Drink, and Be Married!!
Picking the honeymoon can be just as stressful as planning the wedding. Relax and go where you want to go. A tropical island, a real working ranch, or just close the front door and hang a Do Not Disturb sign out!!
