1. The evaluation for the Action Plan will be conducted by numerous personnel. The main oversight will be led by building Principal Mark Murrell. He will report on the success and failure to the superintendent and to other campuses within the district making recommendations for improvements in technology. The principal will also report to the site based decision making committee who will decide how to integrate the findings into the campus improvement plan for future years and staff developments. The campus technology expert Milton Kelly, who is also responsible for collecting the STaR Chart data will also evaluate the changes on responses on the STaR chart for recommendations to the campus principal and SBDM committee. Teacher leaders within each department will then report the evaluations of all teachers to department heads who will then confer with each other reporting on the findings to the building principal. The end result will be presented to the superintendent who will act on behalf of the school board and TEA on deciding if the professional development is aligned with district mission and vision as it relates to the Long Range Plan for Technology within College Park and Conroe ISD.<br />
