This document provides instructions for a 6-page paper on one of five public relations topics: the care and feeding of mass media, propaganda as a public relations tool, the internet as new media, public relations as a global practice, or public relations in daily lives. Students are to choose one topic and write a paper citing outside sources in addition to the course text. Broad topics are intended to give flexibility in paper content.
