Prepositions of direction are used to indicate movement and location when providing directions. They include at to indicate where to change direction, into and out of for entering and exiting places, past and through to pass by locations, towards for moving in a general direction, across to cross an area, over to go above something, round or around to go in a circular path, from to indicate a starting point, until to continue up to a destination, and up, down, and along to specify a road or path.
