Why?

1. Why the Trinity?
God revealed Himself in Three Persons only; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The Father is greater than the Son (only for a "little while" as Hebrews 2:9 states below) when Lord
Jesus was on earth for through it, His Humility and Purpose was shown as Scripture records:
"But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with
glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for
everyone." (Hebrews 2:9)
Lord Jesus was God before His Incarnation in the Flesh itself. Here are some verses:
"The Word (God) became Flesh (Jesus as Man) and made His dwelling among us..." (John 1:14)
And the "Word" is (God) because this verse declares this:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1)
This is not a private interpretation for even apostle Paul records this "controversial mystery" which
begins with "God becoming Flesh/Man":
"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the Flesh (Jesus)..."
(1 Timothy 3:16)
Yes. It is also recorded that Christ Jesus was Willing to forgo being God (not considering it a robbery)
for a "little while" as mentioned earlier to "lower" (Humble) Himself for the Purpose of Saving the
World:
"Who (Jesus), being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" (Philippians
2:6)
The season of a "little while" (while He walked as Man on the Earth) is "over" and He has
Triumphantly returned to His Position of being the "Almighty" (God) due to His Perfect Humility
(shown when He Humbled Himself to become Man to even die on the Cross to take away the Sin of
the World):
"'I am the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and end, saith the Lord (Jesus Christ), Who is, and Who
was, and Who is coming -- the Almighty (God).'." (Revelation 1:8)
We all know that it is Lord Jesus Who is speaking in the verse above because the "same" declaration of
being the "Alpha and Omega" is also mentioned in the verse below (proving that Lord Jesus Christ is
talking in both instances - in the last chapter of Revelation):
"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."- Lord Jesus
Christ in (Revelation 22:13)

2. And Christ's response to "confused apostle Philip" regarding this "same" matter finally makes "sense":
"Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time?
Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?" (John 14:8 -
9).
