A Christmas Message Thisis what"interpretation"of Scripture (Hermeneutics) does. The verse goes"literally"as: "And the angelsaid to them,Fear not:forbehold,I bring you good tidingsof great joy which shall be to all people."(Luke 2:10) The way all "error of the wicked"isdevelopedtotheir"destruction":Theywill claimthat"all people" is"not all people"or"believersonly"or"made available toall people"etc;"none"of whichis "writteninthe Bible"(thusit'saman-made error- thisfalse interpretation). Fact is,"nothing"can stopthe LivingGod to Save "all"people asthisisthe "Good News"asother "verses"Testifytoo: "...God is the Saviourof all people,especially thosewho believe." (1 Timothy 4:10) Please take note of the phrase "all people"inbothverses.Andyes,Greekdoes"not"have the definitearticle "the"asitisin English;so,"all people"and"all the people"meanthe "same". Remember,whenyou"interpret"Scripture againstwhat's"literally"written,it's likeaman saying, "God didn'tquite use the rightwordsto say this;here itisin betterwordsandhence thisisthe real meaning". Don't be deceived. Be wise.
