3. Possible reasons
The error may occur because of:
Incorrect proxy server settings in the Kaspersky Lab product.
Incorrect system date.
Incorrect security certificate settings in Internet Explorer.

 Disable proxy server in the product settings.

6. Maintenance Release
 The following issues have been noticed in Kaspersky Internet Security 2015:
 The keyboard input language cannot be switched if the cursor is over a protected
entry field. To switch the input language, move the cursor to another input field,
switch the input language, and return to the relevant input field..
 Files on network disks cannot be shredded even if the user has deletion rights. The
application displays an inaccurate message that the user does not have deletion
rights.
 If protection issues are detected while Protected Browser is running, the
application notifies about only one of these issues. As soon as the indicated issue is
fixed, the notification for the next protection issue is displayed.
 After an update of an application on your computer, a Parental Control rule that
restricts use of that application may not work.
 Website addresses that contain non-Latin characters cannot be added to the list of
allowed URLs in Anti-Banner settings.

 The following issues have been noticed in Kaspersky Internet Security 2015:
 In the Application Management window, no critical system processes are scanned when
managing processes. Therefore it is possible that the user could terminate a critical system
process. This may cause operating system inoperability and a forced restart.
 Some settings of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 are not editable during use of remote access
applications under Microsoft Windows 7 x64 and earlier.
 Some web resources may fail to open if the Use HTTP instead of SPDY protocol setting is
disabled.
 Text entered using the ATOK input method may be converted incorrectly in the boxes
protected by Secure Data Input.
 When IM content is being blocked by Parental Control, the name of the respective IM client
may be displayed incorrectly in notifications.
 When files or folders are selected in scan task settings, folder contents are not displayed. To
view the tree structure of subfolders, select a specific folder.
 Use of third-party software that customizes the mouse pointer may prevent normal scrolling in
the interface of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
