Tips: How can I build a great relationship with my clients?
Could it be automated or require face-to-face interaction with the customer?
How do my competitors build their relationships and can I do it better?
Which way is the most effective way to establish this relationship?
How do my customers want me to do it?
Have I talked to them about this? Validated?.
Are they the same, in every market?
Can it be standardized or is an adjustment needed?
How is this maintained at every stage of the funnel,
from customer lead generation, through sales processes,
fulfilment, after sales, up selling?
