The undersigned_________________________________, herein after referred to as the exhibitor, agrees to participate in
the Boston Herald’s workplace diversity job fair , to be held Tuesday, April 23, from 10am to 4pm at One Financial
Conference Events Center, 675 Atlantic Ave, 2nd Floor, in Boston. The exhibitor understands that a non-refundable payment of
$1750.00 gross for the cost of participation is required, whether it be through the exhibitor’s advertising agency or direct payment.
The Boston Herald agrees to provide the exhibitor with a 6’ x 8’ area, including a table and chairs, company
signage, certificate of participation, ID badges, continental breakfast for 2, box lunch for 2, afternoon refreshments for 2, parking
for 2, exhibitor’s lounge area, and access to a private interview area. In addition, the Boston Herald will publish two quarter
page ads (4 cols. x 71 lines) on Sunday, April 23 and Monday, April 22. The Monday Jobfind pullout section will detail the event,
exhibitors, and serve as an official program guide to the Workplace Diversity Job Fair. Copies will also be available at the Job Fair.
Should the exhibitor wish to terminate this agreement, the exhibitor understands that no financial remuneration will
be made by the Boston Herald or par ticipating sponsors. The exhibitor hereby acknowledges that the exhibitor will be
solely responsible for any and all injur y, loss, damages, etc. resulting from or attributable to any act or omission
of exhibitor in any way connected with the Workplace Diversity Job Fair, and assumes all risks in par ticipating
at the exhibit. The exhibitor also understands that only one company will be displayed per booth. If the exhibitor
fails to appear at the event, all print and online ads will be billed at the current rate card rate and not event pricing.
