Livermore Valley Plaza     2300, 2375, & 2470 First Street, Livermore CA
                           Livermore Valley Plaza is a newly constructed
                           75,000 square foot mixed-use center in the heart
                           of downtown Livermore’s restaurant and shopping
                           district. The center piece of the center is the 500 seat,
                           state-of-the-art Bankhead Performing Arts Center,
                           outdoor amphitheater, and an accompanying
                           13-screen movie theatre. Completed in 2008
                           the center is not only the entertainment hub of
                           downtown but also boasts a thriving restaurant
                           scene.

                           The city of Livermore has been transformed in the
                           past ten years in large part to the redevelopment of

                            While keeping to its agricultural roots, Livermore wine country is
