Social Mention


•   Social Mention is a powerful tool that can be used for Content and
    Sentiment Analysis. Social Mention allows users to search specific
    types of content, which is then searched through the Internet. The
    results are then retrieved for the user to see, and it gives the user a
    chance to see how often the content has been mentioned on the
    Internet, as well as its reach, passion and strength. Not only that, but
    top key words are also provided that are used while consumers use
    the specific content. Top users are also retrieved, which are people
    who tend to use the term the most, as well as top hashtags used and
    top sources used with the content.
Social Mention & IMCSLC

•   Specifically, for IMCSLC, the content has a fairly strong neutral sentiment levels, but slightly
    more positive than negative. The top relative keywords used most with the term include
    imcslc, greg, awards, video, and advertisement. Knowing what top keywords that are used
    with the specified term, allows us to understand what words can be used with IMCSLC in
    order to post the most valuable content possible. Social Mention also allows users to see the
    strength of the content being discussed in Social Media. Integrated Marketing
    Communications does not have any strength (0%) in being talked about within Social Media,
    but does appear to have higher passion levels on Social Media (41%), which has to do with
    the amount of people that will talk about IMC repeatedly. In order to improve these two

•   For Twitter specifically, it is of those who have most recently
    mentioned #imcslc. When it comes to news and blogs, we can see
    who the top influencers are with blog content. This allows us to see
    which users are posting the most content about IMCSLC and what the
    exact content is, which helps with Influencer Analysis. When it comes
    to Volume Analysis, we can also see how often there have beens
    posts through throughout a time period, and being able to scroll
    through the volume of content available.

•   Sprout Social is a Social Media Management Tool, which can help in
    developing and scheduling posts. Posts can then be overlooked and
    analyzed to see which posts were more successful than others - likes,
    comments, engagement, clicks. responses and reach can be
    analyzed. This platform can also assist in Volume and Content
    Analysis of a brand. Sprout Social can also assist in Influencer
    Analysis, as it has a 'Discovery' section, where the platform displays
    who is following the brand on Twitter, that the brand is not following
    yet. This allows the brand to go through these Followers to see which
    of them may be beneficial to follow. Not only that, but Sprout Social
    also enables brands to search keywords used by your brand or by
    your competing brands to complete a Benchmark Analysis.

    other keywords that the brand may be in competition with. For
