1. ITHACA COLLEGE AMBASSADOR UPDATE:
EVENTS & IDEAS
MOE’S PARTNERSHIP WITH ITHACA COLLEGE NEWSLETTER
What’s new?
This Tuesday (3/20), Megan and I
went over to meet with Rob to go over
the logistics of the upcoming events
and determine our marketing
strategy for the rest of the semester.
We decided we want to focus
primarily on the 3 events taking
place in April, handing out Moe’s
Monday flyers, filling up the email
sheets, and utilizing the marketing
street team.
We also decided that Megan’s main
responsibilities will be around
coordinating and interacting with the
street team to determine how to
effectively utilize them and more off
campus life since she lives off campus
and I will focus on connecting with
student groups and determining
events.
Please feel free to call with any
questions/concerns, Scott!

Sponsorship idea: Kendall Day
At the meeting, Megan also brought
up the idea of working with a
couple people who live on Kendall
Street that have an annual party
the day after the last day of classes
every year and providing chips and
salsa at this event. This would be
great because we would get A LOT
of exposure with students because
this event is highly attended. We

taco bar for the 7 winners (as suggested by
Rob)
were also thinking about providing
cups at the event and adding it to
the Moe’s Facebook page (we
understand there is some legality
issues we would have to look into
but we would make sure all
pictures were appropriate and it
wasn’t showing any illegal activity)
We can talk further about this idea.
