make a recommendation on what to do about Marty's actions. As Charlotte pondered what to do,

Solution
Answer-1- At the workplace, many conflicts can take place. These conflicts are bad and
irresponsible in nature and affect the reputation of the organization greatly. Other examples of
conflicts in an organization may include the conflicts regarding the performance of the
employees. Employees can also give rise to conflicts over not getting promotions or good pay
scale. They may defame the organization which is the example of an irresponsible behaviour.
Other conflicts may occur between managers, supervisors and head of the departments which can
affect the productivity of the company.
The conflict which arose in CMC may have many bad impacts. First of all, it shows that
employees are not satisfied with their supervisors. If the comments of Marty would have been
read by common people, the organization could lose its reputation and people would stop
trusting the organization for its services.
Answer-2- The main issues in 'You make the call' are the difficulties of healthcare system.
There are not proper training and incentives for the employees. As a result, it develops stress and
conflicts among them. According to the survey, 53% nurses were found stressed and fatigued.
Due to this, they were not able to provide best care to patients. The other issue is that the
employees are not satisfied with their heads and taking improper steps to defame the
organization.
Answer-3- if my loved one or a family member would be a patient of CMC, I would ensure with
3. the medical department that he would get the best care. I would go to his doctor and ask about
the procedure of his treatment. I would also confirm with my loved one whether he is
comfortable or not. If he is getting proper care at CMC, I would prefer to shift him/her in any
other hospital.
Answer-4- In today's life , social media works as a friend as well as an enemy. Sometimes,
people are so frustrated that they comment about their work frustration on social media which is
not good for their organization's image. Complaining about working conditions and other
problems may damage company's image publicly. As an employee, I would not like to balst a
co-worker and boss on social media rather than it, I would try to fix a meeting with them to
resolve my conflicts and queries.
Answer-5- Charlotte Kelley and hospital administration should give one chance to Marty
because he had deleted the posts and not posted them publicly. They should try to know the
reasons of Marty and other employees' frustration and should take proper steps to improve
working conditions in their hospital.
