• WHEN COMPUTERS WERE FRIST CREATED IT WAS TO
REPLACE THE PERSON IN THE WORK FORSE KNOWN AS THE
COMPUTER. THAT’S WERE THE NAME COMES FROM
• IN THE 70’S@80’S THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE
PROTESTING BECAUSE OF JOB LOST DO TO COMPUTERS
• IF YOU THINK ABOUT THESE DAYS IN TIME LOOK AT THE
TOKENBOOTH CLERK IN THE SUBWAYS A LOT OF THEM HAVA BEEN
REPLACE WITH THE METROCARD MACHINE

3. IS IT THE CAUSE OF OBESITY
among kids
• Computers are one of the reasons why lot of kids are
over weight today
• Studies have shown that obesity among kids has tripled
in the last 30years
• When was the last time you seen a little girl jumping rope
or kids playing tag

4. Is it the cause of less family time
• computer play big role in the reasons why families don’t eat
together any more or don’t talk any more because everyone some
were looking at screen
• Studies have shown that 60% of teenagers spend average of 20
hours per week on the computers
• A third spend average of 40 hours
• And 7% spend average of about 50 hours pre week
• So when do you talk to your mother

5. Do we prefer it over our own
human judgment
• In the past three month we have seen
several situation were people have nearly
died car crashes because their north star
guided them to near death and when ask
why didn’t you stop they all said because
that’s were it told me to go

6. Is it the cause of bad eye site
• A study done by the vision and learning
center has shown
• that looking at a computer for long priod
of time can cause eyestrain/ sore irritated
eyes and difficulty focusing
