In this Workshop with IT4ALL were had to create either a professional development program or an action research. This is a sample of screenshots of work put together inside the Moodle on the IT4ALL site which is http://www.integrating-technology.org/ IT4ALL stands for Intergrating Technology for Active Life-long Learners M4T-A stands for Moodle for Teachers Advance Just a sample project idea put together for training individuals who are novices to technology and its components. Thanks to IT4ALL, we are able to explore and experiment with ways of teaching learners through the Moodle platform they provide.

2. Purpose My Professional Development Program in Adult Online Training would be ideal for those who are novices to technology and its components. I have ran into various individuals who would love to get some help in being able to use the computer, Internet, and its applications without feeling intimidated. It is my desire with the use of Moodle and various components to help my learners to feel empowered and confident with the use of technology and more.

What It Covers: • Computer Basics such as opening, saving, closing, uploading, downloading, attaching a document in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint in combination with the Internet and Email.• Use and apply various things inside a document such as shapes, pictures, colors, etc.• Knowledge about on web 2.0 tools and how use them in showcasing your work or delivering information• Basic online research in finding just about anything you may need• Ways of setting up a professional presence in using WiZiQ, LinkedIn, VisualCV, and more.It is my ultimate goal to help empower individuals who were once intimidated or novices to be inspired to take what they have learned and build on it.
