Conclusions:
• Practical Test Prices do seem to be higher in some
areas than others, and likely at a greater rate and a
COLA adjustment might represent;
• Costs tend to be higher in high density training
environments;
• Many of the areas where higher prices were indicated
correlate with areas where a previous FSANA survey
indicated there were longer waits for practical test
scheduling.
