ATLRUG Community Announcements - Sept. 2015
1. ATLRUG September 2015 –
Need ATLRUG website developer
●
Looking for new Lead ATLRUG website developer to do new work on
www.atlrug.com (our web site). Please volunteer by end of this month.
– Need a ping service that only pings 16 hours per day – new Heroku rule. Turned off
Montastic.com for www.atlrug.com.
– Anyone using ATLRUG IRC anymore? Thinking of replacing IRC with Slack's Tech404/rails
channel to our website's footer.
– Anyone using ATLRUG Linkedin group? I am the group moderator. Thinking of deleting it.
– I will be summarizing the commented out www.atlrug.com functionality and transferring or
deleting it in the next few months.
