What is the IMPI?
The original IMPI Challenge is set over 12km in the Wiesenhof Nature reserve
where you will find 17 grueling obstacles.

IMPI CHALLENGE
Charity:
Woodside Special Care Centre is a private residential home for
intellectually and physically disabled children and young adults.
Woodside Special Care Centre was established in 1976 and
offers a wide range of services designed to promote the
development of each of our children.
Woodside SCC is well established with a sound professional
administration and has shown steady growth over the years. We
are a stable organization with a proven track record.
PROPOSAL
Before the day:
What?
Internal competition, challenge eachother to get fit and ready for
the last 25 days leading up to the IMPI.
Who?
The 10 staff members at Liquorice that are taking part in the IMPI
challenge.

Benefits – the fitter the better!! healthy competition never hurt
NOBODY!!
PROPOSAL
On the day:
Liquorice Kit – Liquorice all sorts style – tutti fruity flavour (for its
bright colours) Clothes have company branding on them.


Liquorice tent – for supporters to sit under and enjoy the day in
the sun, watch the shows and wait for the team to come in.


HD hero cams - event will be recorded for later use


We will lookout for other participating companies* (new business
development)
PROPOSAL
What to expect:
IMPI challenge sees a lot of corporates take part either as teams
or as individuals, from CEO’s to "average” employees, all with one
thing in comon, love for a challenge!!
Having team liquorice present, especially after the buzz our
Liquorice IMPI fan page can create, will show the human side to
the fully digital auroa that liquorice carries.
An awesome day in the sun for family and friends to enjoy –
definite team social
MAKE IT HAPPEN
HOW?? How do we put it all together?
Leader board style – Facebook page (25 day countdown)
Active Meter / Actometer / GO meter - this is the scale used to
display the points earned by individuals and the team.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
Facebook:
This will give members an opportuntity to share their training with
the team, via FB posts and also using tweets, instagram etc.
TAG TAG TAG!!!
Facebook page wil be used as a method to kick out morning
motivation.
An infographic will be created to explain how the competition
works, as a Welcome Tab (FB APP)




The members scores will be displayed on the facebook cover.

POINTS SYSTEM!!
Points gathering and display:
A google doc will be create to keep track of daily activity, for now I (jared) will
manually convert members actiities to points and update the facebook cover.
(facebook cover has the counters for each member in them)


Activities taken into consideration:
Based on list below, we will construct a basis, and adjust where needed
(Show example of the list)
Points will be calculated for a period up until the 19th October 2012 (1 day
before IMPI)
Colclusion of Competition:
Winner – has the most points for the 25 days:
Wins an IMPI hamper – cap, tshirt, bags of liquorice, supplements

How fit is your company?
Challenge other companies, maybe start with clients, to signup a
team of their fittest challengers. Same point system, Monthly
targets, Quarterly events leading up to the main event. (IMPI style
event) Winners based on points accumulated throughout the
season, combined points, plus placement points. Winners take home
trophy and their charity gets all the profits made from the event.

  • 3. IMPI CHALLENGE What is the IMPI? The original IMPI Challenge is set over 12km in the Wiesenhof Nature reserve where you will find 17 grueling obstacles.
  • 5. IMPI CHALLENGE Non Challengers: IMPI fest @ 1pm Saturday 20th October: - Fun in the sun - Live performances eg. Iscream and the chocolatestix - Snacks, Spur takeaways, SAB beer tent *tickets on sale
  • 6. IMPI CHALLENGE Charity: Woodside Special Care Centre is a private residential home for intellectually and physically disabled children and young adults. Woodside Special Care Centre was established in 1976 and offers a wide range of services designed to promote the development of each of our children. Woodside SCC is well established with a sound professional administration and has shown steady growth over the years. We are a stable organization with a proven track record.
  • 7. PROPOSAL Before the day: What? Internal competition, challenge eachother to get fit and ready for the last 25 days leading up to the IMPI. Who? The 10 staff members at Liquorice that are taking part in the IMPI challenge. Benefits – the fitter the better!! healthy competition never hurt NOBODY!!
  • 8. PROPOSAL On the day: Liquorice Kit – Liquorice all sorts style – tutti fruity flavour (for its bright colours) Clothes have company branding on them. Liquorice tent – for supporters to sit under and enjoy the day in the sun, watch the shows and wait for the team to come in. HD hero cams - event will be recorded for later use We will lookout for other participating companies* (new business development)

PROPOSAL What to expect: IMPI challenge sees a lot of corporates take part either as teams or as individuals, from CEO’s to "average” employees, all with one thing in comon, love for a challenge!! Having team liquorice present, especially after the buzz our Liquorice IMPI fan page can create, will show the human side to the fully digital auroa that liquorice carries. An awesome day in the sun for family and friends to enjoy – definite team social
  • 10. MAKE IT HAPPEN HOW?? How do we put it all together? Leader board style – Facebook page (25 day countdown) Active Meter / Actometer / GO meter - this is the scale used to display the points earned by individuals and the team.

  • 12. MAKE IT HAPPEN Facebook: This will give members an opportuntity to share their training with the team, via FB posts and also using tweets, instagram etc. TAG TAG TAG!!! Facebook page wil be used as a method to kick out morning motivation. An infographic will be created to explain how the competition works, as a Welcome Tab (FB APP) The members scores will be displayed on the facebook cover.
  • 14. POINTS SYSTEM!! Points gathering and display: A google doc will be create to keep track of daily activity, for now I (jared) will manually convert members actiities to points and update the facebook cover. (facebook cover has the counters for each member in them) Activities taken into consideration: Based on list below, we will construct a basis, and adjust where needed (Show example of the list) Points will be calculated for a period up until the 19th October 2012 (1 day before IMPI) Colclusion of Competition: Winner – has the most points for the 25 days: Wins an IMPI hamper – cap, tshirt, bags of liquorice, supplements

  • 16. FUTURE A website, blog, twitter page, facebook page, youtube channel: Name: “liquorice Fit-off” DO more!! Brough to you by Liquorice Slogan: How fit is your company? Challenge other companies, maybe start with clients, to signup a team of their fittest challengers. Same point system, Monthly targets, Quarterly events leading up to the main event. (IMPI style event) Winners based on points accumulated throughout the season, combined points, plus placement points. Winners take home trophy and their charity gets all the profits made from the event.
