What is expected of us? • What must we do? • What can we stop doing? Tip: Use some time on this. My experience is that people perceive the goals and visions very different. Use time on the mission statement and vision. This will enable the team to focus on the same task and reduce conflicts later.

On each activity there must be made a action plan.
