This website informs any film makers about the laws and regulations that
need to be followed during the construction of any form of media. It
informs us about the permission laws, health and safety issues, location,
reporting details and respect for members of the public.
The permission laws state that any film maker needs to get permission for
the location or land from the owner in order to shoot any detail from there
in order to prevent violation of privacy. Similarly, the location needs to
be cared for in order to prevent any damages and the movement of any
public equipment are condemned. This is to ensure that the locations and
the members of public are not affected. For example, the members of the
public need to be respected through issues such as noise levels being kept
at a minimum level.
Health and safety issues involve being in risk and hazard free zones with
access to first aid at all times in case of any emergencies. Likewise,
reporting details need to be ready in case of any extra help, for example,
police, city councils or any other emergency services.
